Tuition and Fees

Tuition and fees are established by the University and are subject to change without notice. Fees are affected by residency status. Tuition and fees are charged per semester or quarter term. Tuition costs vary depending on specific program of study. Actual tuition and fees will vary depending on your course load, type of courses, and other factors. Michael University has established the following yearly tuition costs:

•Bachelor Degree (4 years): $63,000

•Master Degree (2 years): $65,000

•Doctoral Degree (3 years): $59,000-$65000

•Certificate Courses: $3600-$5600

Fee Payment Deadlines

All university tuition and fees must be paid by the published dates. Tuition and fees not paid or deferred by the payment deadline date for each term will result in late fees and may result in the cancellation of all classes. Refer to the Michael University online brochure for academic term fee payment deadlines.

Student Financial Responsibility Statement

Michael University registration requires students to acknowledge the following financial responsibility statement:

“I understand that I will be responsible for tuition and fees for all courses that remain on my record after the drop deadline and that the courses will be graded. I accept responsibility for payment of my term tuition and fees by the published deadline. I understand that if I do not pay my tuition and fees or do not pay these fees by the deadline, I will be charged a $100 Late Payment Fee, my records will be placed on hold, my account will be referred to a collection agency, and I agree to reimburse the fees of any collection agency, which may be based on a percentage of the debt collected, and all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in such collection efforts.”

Payment Procedures

Payment must be received or postmarked no later than the fee payment deadlines as specified on the Academic Calendar. The primary form of payment for most account holders is online through Michael University.

Please note that all fees below are subject to change without notice. Students should anticipate an annual review of fees by the university and possible increases.

Refund Policy

Students have three (3) working days from the date of signing an enrollment contract or financial agreement with the university to cancel the contract and receive a full refund of any tuition and registration fees paid. Further, a student shall receive a full refund of tuition and registration fees paid by the student before the commencement of instruction if the student submits a written request to the institution within three working days of the payment.
